Returns & Exchange Policy

At Tryangle, we’re committed to delivering the highest quality in fashion and customer service. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible and customer-friendly return and exchange process for both individual customers and B2B (bulk order) clients.

👗 For Individual Customers (Retail Orders)

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
  • Returns are not applicable on:
    • Custom-stitched or altered products
    • Discounted or final-sale items
    • Accessories or innerwear
  • Exchange is allowed once per order, subject to stock availability.
  • Size exchanges are accepted only if the size you need is in stock.

  📦 For B2B / Bulk Orders

    • Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered items.
    • Issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery via email.
    • Products must remain unopened in their original bulk packaging.
    • Custom orders or personalized items are strictly non-returnable.

    Refund Process

      • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after return approval.
      • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer.
      • Ineligible or damaged returns may be sent back without a refund.
