Returns & Exchange Policy
At Tryangle, we’re committed to delivering the highest quality in fashion and customer service. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible and customer-friendly return and exchange process for both individual customers and B2B (bulk order) clients.
👗 For Individual Customers (Retail Orders)
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Returns are not applicable on:
- Custom-stitched or altered products
- Discounted or final-sale items
- Accessories or innerwear
- Exchange is allowed once per order, subject to stock availability.
- Size exchanges are accepted only if the size you need is in stock.
📦 For B2B / Bulk Orders
- Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered items.
- Issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery via email.
- Products must remain unopened in their original bulk packaging.
- Custom orders or personalized items are strictly non-returnable.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after return approval.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer.
- Ineligible or damaged returns may be sent back without a refund.
