If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our website or place orders through it. 

1. Acceptance of Terms ​

By accessing, browsing, or using www.triangle.com (the “Site”), or purchasing products from Tryangle, you agree to comply with and be bound by the Terms outlined here. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Account Registration ​

  • User Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.
  • Security: Tryangle is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.

3. Product Information & Availability ​

    • Description: We strive to ensure that all product information is accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are free of errors.
    • Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
    • Stock Status: Products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

4.  Orders and Payments ​

    • Order Confirmation: An order confirmation email will be sent after successful payment. This does not signify our acceptance of your order but acknowledges that we have received it.
    • Accepted Payments: We accept UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
    • Failed Payments: If your payment fails but the amount is deducted, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
    • Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity.

5.  Shipping and Delivary​

    • Dispatch Time: All orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days after order confirmation.
    • Delivery Timeline: Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on location and courier partner.
    • Tracking: Customers will receive a tracking link via email/SMS after dispatch.
    • Shipping Charges: Shipping is free for orders above ₹[Insert Amount]. Below this value, a nominal shipping fee may apply.


 6.  Returns and Exchanges

We offer a hassle-free 7-day return/exchange policy, subject to the following conditions:

  • Eligible Returns: Products that are defective, incorrect, or damaged on arrival.
  • Exchange Policy: Only size exchanges are accepted for eligible apparel items.
  • Ineligible Returns:
    • Products that are used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
    • Customized or clearance items.
  • Return Process:
    1. Submit a return request via our website or WhatsApp.
    2. Include photos and reason for return.
    3. Await return approval and reverse pickup.
    4. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.


 7.  Order Cancellation

  • Customer-Initiated: You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it.
  • Post-Dispatch: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
  • Tryangle-Initiated: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to inventory issues or suspected fraud. In such cases, you will be notified and refunded.


8.  Intellectual Property Rights  

  • All website content including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and product designs are the intellectual property of Tryangle and its partners.
  • No content from the website may be reproduced, duplicated, or exploited without written permission.

9.  Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tryangle shall not be liable for any:
    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
    • Loss of data, revenue, or profits
    • Delays or failure in performance caused by external factors (e.g., natural disasters, strikes)
  • Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us for the product(s) in question.
